Holystone Hinnies 2025
Welcome to our 2025 page.
Subs are next due by 1st April 2025 and are set at £51, which entitles you to 11 meetings and 8 magazines per year, plus access to additional pay as you go events.
New members joining later in the year pay a pro-rata reduced rate every 3 months.
Approximately 50% of the subs is kept by our WI to fund hall hire, speakers, crafts, etc, while approx 25% goes to each of Northumberland Federation and National WI. See below for more details from previous year’s subs.

Thur 6th Feb - Margaret the bee lady, honey tasting and wax candle rolling 🐝
Thur 27th Feb - Robin Hood (Seaton Delaval Arts Centre) Adult panto 🏹
Thur 6th Mar - Mary’s Meals speaker 🍔🥗
Thur 20 Mar - Dine out at Davanti Tynemouth Station 🍕🍷
Thur 3rd April - AGM and beer tasting 🍻
Thur 1st May - Belly dancing 👙💃
Thur 5th Jun - AAA Food tours 🌮🍕
Thur 3rd Jul - Beamish making the 50s village 🏘️
Thur 7th Aug - summer social at the pub 🍻🍷
Thur 4th Sept - Victorian pinhole lights craft 💡
Thur 2nd Oct - Card making
Thur 6th Nov - Crem talk TBC
Thur 4th Dec - Christmas party 🎄🍾
Meetings are *usually* the first Thursday of the month but note that some have moved to avoid school holidays. Doors open at 7pm for tea, cake and a chat, official meeting/main event starts 7.30pm, close at 9pm. We endeavour to provide a good mix of meetings (eg talks/crafts/socials/physical) according to our program, but reserve the right to make changes if necessary.
Annual fees for 2025/26 are payable by 1st April 2025 and are £51 which entitles you to 11 meetings, 8 magazines and access to a range of pay as you go events via Holystone Hinnies, Northumberland Federation and National WI. Fees are prorata per quarter for joining part way through the year.
Visitors are welcome, your first meeting is free, after which there is a suggested donation of £5 per meeting.
